Tom East is the Director of the Center for Ministry Development and a coordinator of youth ministry services. He coordinates the Effective Youth Ministry Practices in Catholic Parishes project. Tom is the author of Ministry Resources for Prayer and Worship and Coordinator’s Manual in the Total Faith Initiative (Saint Mary’s Press, 2004) and Effective Practices for Dynamic Youth Ministry (Saint Mary’s Press, 2004). Tom was the director of youth ministry and the associate director for the Office of Religious Education for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. Tom holds a Master of Arts degree in Religious Studies from Mount St. Mary's College in Los Angeles.
Ann Marie Eckert is a coordinator of youth ministry services for the Center for Ministry Development. She is the author of Ministry Resources for Community Life and Ministry Resources for Youth Leadership Development in the Total Faith Initiative (Saint Mary's Press, 2004). Ann Marie previously held the position of associate director for youth and young adult ministry in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, and assistant director of the Youth Department for the Diocese of Buffalo. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Pastoral Ministry from Christ the King Seminary in Buffalo.
Cheryl Tholcke is a coordinator of youth ministry services for the Center for Ministry Development. She is project coordinator of Youth Ministry Access, the Center's online subscription service for leaders in youth ministry. She is the author of Catechetical Sessions on Christian Morality in the Total Faith Initiative series (Saint Mary’s Press, 2004). For 21 years, Cheryl was the diocesan coordinator of youth ministry for the Diocese of Sacramento. Cheryl holds a Master of Arts degree in Pastoral Studies from Loyola University New Orleans and is a certified facilitator through Loyola University.
